NUEVOS REGISTROS DE ESPECIES DE ANFIBIOS Y REPTILES INVASORAS EN ÁREAS URBANAS Y PERIURBANAS EN CHIAPAS, MÉXICO

Se reporta la presencia de tres especies invasoras que están ampliamente establecidas en diversas regiones del mundo y en México, pero que no habían sido reportadas oficialmente en el sur de México, específicamente en el estado de Chiapas. Las especies son la Rana Chirriadora Caribeña Eleutherodactylus planirostris, la Rana Toro Americana Rana (Aquarana) catesbeiana y la Serpiente Ciega Afroasiática Indotyphlops braminus.
