Error in the outgoing emails within the RLH system

Dear authors, reviewers and editors,

We notify you that there is a problem with the outgoing emails in the RLH system. We are working on solving it, for which we ask for your patience. The system DOES receive new submissions, but unfortunately the notifications do not go out and it marks an error, although they are registered in the system. Also, when uploading the reviews (by the reviewers) it marks an error, but they are recorded in the system.
