Abstract

We report new toad and frog prey from the Bufonidae and Hylidae families in the diet of the ringed cat-eye snake Leptodeira annulata in the Ecuadorian Amazon. Likewise, we show L. annulata as prey for two species of mammals (one terrestrial and one arboreal). Our observations include records from localities where no cases of predation had previously been reported. Finally, we present the literature review of the diet of L. annulata in the upper Amazon River basin.
