Se revisó el contenido estomacal de un ejemplar adulto atropellado de la serpiente índigo centroamericana Drymarchon melanurus, en el municipio de Santa María Huatulco, Oaxaca, México. Se reporta por primera vez a la serpiente Trimorphodon biscutatus como parte de la dieta de la serpiente índigo centroamericana D. melanurus.
